Spring is here and it is windy and warm + daylight savings kicked in early. What a fantastic combination and just what we needed.

Quite a lot of riders have been out riding all winter. Not me, I've had the longest lay-off from Kiteboarding I have ever experienced. Ok I had a great excuse with such a nasty winter and also the birth of our wee boy, Quinn.
I really had no desire to freeze myself at the beach in one of the best winters for snow ever recorded. Choosing instead to spend the winter weekends at home with the new family.
With the arrival this week of daylight savings and warm winds I headed out with the new 09 kites for a short session at Shakers.
The wind was all over the place and I was so rusty, it was not funny. But man it felt so good to get back on the water and have the adrenaline pumping again.
So if your a bit like me and have been sheltering from the Winter, I know what it feels like. But I can assure you it's awesome out there.
So get back into it before summer arrives and the beaches fill up with those annoying swimmers again.

The first group of riders to grab the Nemesis have all been raving about their new kites. It is always good to hear feedback like this from riders with so many years of riding experience.
