Dear Subscribers,

Xstore-BEST.jpg

Well it has happened, production of the new 2007 Waroo is stretched to capacity. The northern hemisphere retailers prepare for their first large shipments of Waroo kites and the Southern hemisphere is at the peak of summer.
The word has spread fast and the Waroo is in hot demand.
Lucky for us here in New Zealand we were in the queue early and received some kites just in time for summer.
As I mentioned in our last news letter, we had sold out of 9m's and 13m's, well no sooner had I emailed the newsletter we sold out of the 11m sizes as well.
The great news is that the new stock has arrived!! We have all sizes back in store. So if you have been waiting for them to arrive, now is the time to rip in and grab your new Waroo.
Give the shop a call to work out the perfect size kite to fit in your quiver or drop in for a chat and we will go over all the details.
You can always grab one at the beach and take it for a blast, it's the No.1 selling kite in the world because once you have tried it you just have to have it.

They are simply fantastic kites to fly. Here are a couple of photo's of our new NZ BEST Team riders who turned a few heads at the wind starved Nationals recently.
They might not be old enough to (legally) buy a beer but they can sure hold their own in the competition scene. The first photo is Jarod the 2nd is Blair.
We will have a full rider profile up on the web site later this month + more action shots of the all the BEST riders we can snap and cram into the site.

Here we have some secondary content:

A new Kite from BEST

We have another new arrival to announce and it is something quite special too. BEST have been developing a new kite ...the BULAROO.
It's a kite designed for Wave, Wake and Land kiteboarding styles.
The BULAROO boasts a fuller shape than the Waroo, a bit more mid-aspect shape. This means it will be more forgiving and eat gusty conditions with ease. So park and carve the wave face or practice the un-hooked moves with the BULAROO and enjoy the low end kick and the most user friendly kite on the market.
Just to top things off, BEST have also polished off the internal inflation system idea and incorporated it. So all the struts are internally linked via a connected valve system. Once the leading edge is inflated to 5psi the valves open and the struts inflate.
This is the most refined single point inflation system I have seen. Right down to wide zip openings for easy access to the internal valve areas, BEST have thought of everything. Even replacing struts is easier than ever before should the need arise.
The only catch is that we have just 4 of these new kites at the shop. BEST has a new factory producing the BULAROO and a shortage on the new valve system is limiting production world wide to just a few hundred units.
I have some 13m sizes on back order and we might see them in March all going well. But for now only those quick off the mark will get their hands on the BULAROO.

A new Kite from Peterlynn

The SCORPION has been announced and the first batch from the factory is available.
Riders familiar with the Venom kites will be very interested to see what the guys at Peterlynn have been up to.
This is one super high aspect ratio kite, built for speed in land kiting and elite level riders will take to the water with it for some serious air.
The SCORPION is the latest in the elite range of kites and follows on from the ground breaking designs of the F-ARC and PHANTOM.
So many of our loyal Peterlynn fans have been waiting for news on whats in the pipeline. Well at last we can provide some insight.
Now if we could only tell you about the kite that will replace the Venom series.... ooh but not yet.
